There are a couple of places where I wasn’t sure whether a song belong when it was written or when it first premiered, such as “Love is Only Love,” written for Mame but not used until the film version of Hello, Dolly! Feel free to make an argument if you think I should re-order these songs or include different songs or different renditions (assuming they are available on Spotify).
