My wife and I like to take the Jewish holiday of Passover and invite as many gentile friends as we can to the traditional dinner ceremony. Many are thrilled to be invited to the new experience and eagerly accept… only to find out that us inviting them to the five hour dinner ceremony of reading the history of the Jews from the seder is our version of a Jewish practical joke. I mean, the Jews had to suffer through the desert for forty days and forty nights… we’re going to make as many of you suffer as we can get our hands on. Hee hee.
