Me coming out to my whole school. Pretty good story, if I do say so myself.

I did mine on Sondheim, MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG, INTO THE WOODS, my Grandfather and Cheesecake. 

Needless to say, I was accepted into my first choice school, and my essay was used as an example of a great personal statement. #bragging

for my school’s application we had to design a course, and mine was called “Freud meets Falsettoland,” and I really still want that class to be a real thing. studying psychological undertones in musical theatre. holla.

I wrote mine about how I wanted to achieve immortality through art, and I wouldn’t be satisfied with anything short of the impact of Shakespeare.

Flash forward and I’m 34 and curating Sondheim LOLCats.
