I heard this today on the Jonathan Schwartz show and it reminded me of a brilliantly decorated Cabana Club. Listen to it! Nelson Riddle was an almighty composer.

Trolling all the great arrangers’ tags on Tumblr to queue up future posts for Elevators of Broadway. Irving Berlin wrote “Let Yourself Go” for a film (Follow the Fleet), so it’s ineligible for that blog, but Riddle’s bongos & blaring horns arrangement is too good not to reblog here.
